Charm is amazing! This review is a double whammy bc she helped me 1) sell my condo in Murrieta CA (which is my first review) AND 2) also helped me and my parents buy our dream home in Winchester CA! Charm always communicated updates and details to the selling and buying process via email, texts and phone calls or zoom. She answered every question that we had in a clear and direct manner. We hit a few bumps on the way but at no fault to Charm, it was d/t paperwork needed in a timely fashion from my condos HOA. Charm even went above and beyond by driving up to Murrieta from Chula Vista for those documents from the HOA. We had a few extensions on the closing dates but Charm worked it out so that I didn’t have to pay 2 mortgages! Charm really works her charm!! She really listened to what me and my parents desired in a hybrid home. She always wants the best for us and looks out for our best interests. As first time home buyers back in 2020, I was super nervous in purchasing my first home. Fast forward four years later, I was in the same position as I decided it was time to sell my home. I was referred to Charmaine Orcino-Gonazles as she has had a great reputation for selling homes. She had sold a home to one of my family members and all I heard were great things. I knew from the start, I'd want to proceed with Charmaine.Our first initial meeting with Charmaine went really great. We came up with a game plan from start to finish. She answered all my questions as I had so many being that it was my first time selling my home. She assured us that everything was going to be okay and great things will come with patience. We first listed our home to include having an open house on Labor Day weekend 2023. Charmaine believes presentation is key, so we set up our home perfectly for viewing pleasure. It looked like a model home! Anyhow, that weekend went really well because I believe 10-15 families combined came to look at the home. After our first open house, we were informed by Charmaine that a buyer was interested in our home and had already put in an offer. We were so surprised and was super happy that we accepted the offer. From there, we got the ball rolling. The selling process was moving pretty fast, but Charmaine kept us up to date and informed us at all times.As fate has it, we were informed by Charmaine that our buyers had pulled out last minute due to financial reasons. We were honestly devastated. We then sat down again once more to regroup and rethink of another plan which worked in our favor. We decided to take a hiatus and put our home on the market again in February of 2024.This time around, everything was going perfect and according to plan. Charmaine hosted another open house which brought more families in to view our home. It was then we found another buyer and the rest was history. Everything checked out perfectly between both parties and we were able to sell our home in March of 2024.I couldn't be any more happier with the results. I'm so happy I chose Charmaine because I know she will never give up on you or your family. She will always go above and beyond for you no matter what situation you're in. We never gave up. We believed in her and she believed in us that we were going to get the job done and that was to sell our first home.If you are looking to buy your first home or sell your home, I would recommend choosing Charmaine 100%!
